Phoenix Web Services offers web based email however, if you wish to
use Outlook we are including instructions.
1)
Startup outlook express and select Tools > Accounts from the main
menu.
2)
A new window will appear listing all the accounts and services that
Outlook Express knows about.
Click on Add in the top right corner, then select Mail from the sub
menu.
A setup wizard will appear, prompting you for the data it needs. On the
first screen enter the name you wish other people to see in the From
field.

Now enter your full e-mail address.
Click next

Make sure the mail server type is POP3.
Enter "mail.phoenixws.net" as the incoming mail server.
Enter "mail.phoenixws.net" as the outgoing mail server (SMTP).
Click next.
5)
In the account name enter your full e-mail address.
In the password field enter your password.
Check the box labeled "Remember Password".
Click next.
We're done with the wizard!
Click Finish

You will now see the list of services again with "mail.phoenixws.net"
listed.
Click on this new account and then click on the Properties button on the
right.

Here you can give the account a more friendly name.
Then click on the Servers tab at the top

To send mail from Phoenix Web Services' mail server, check the box at
the bottom that says "My server requires authentication".
10)
The default settings should be fine. However, if you did not select the
"Remember password" option before you will be required to enter your
password when you send mail as well. To avoid this, you can enter your
log on information here so that you will be able to send mail freely.
Receiving mail will still require a password though. Once you are done
here, just click OK and you're done!
