Phoenix Web Services is a true internet service provider. We like to make your dial up experience quick & easy.

FOR DIAL UP

Click Start click Run.
Type in inetwiz.exe
Click OK.
It will bring up a screen that says "Set up your internet connection."
If used at home click - "connect using my phone line". Then click "next".
Click "create a new dial up connection"
Type in phone number given to you by us. Make sure the dial area code & country code button are not selected.
It will bring you back to the screen with the phone number.
Click "next".
Type in your user name & password.
Click "next".
The screen will let you name your dial up connection.
Click "next".
Click no to "set up an email account". We have web enabled email.
Our email server is mail.phoenixws.net
Click "next".
Click "Finish".
Shut down your machine & restart.
Click on the blue E to connect to Internet Explorer.
